Role
- As our Fullstack Engineer, your primary goal will be to drive the technical execution of our app.
- You will achieve your goals by ensuring excellent tech execution aligning with business objectives.
- Your success will lie in balancing speed & quality.
- Optimize for Business Impact: always make the rational technical choice to maximize speed, MVP and impact.
- Deliver at scale: Execute the product roadmap efficiently, ensuring quality, speed, and continuous improvement.
Scope
Profile
- Tech Leadership: Proven experience preferably in Consumer Tech or AdTech, with a minimum of 5 years
- Pragmatic: Ability to make strategic, pragmatic decisions at critical moments to ensure the company’s technological needs are met efficiently
- Back end: Strong experience in Ruby, System & software architectures.
- Front end: Strong experience in Rails, Vue.js (or another front framework).
- Infra : An experience in Infra / DevOps is a plus
- Hands-on : Maintaining a strong technical vision while remaining very operational.
- Business-Oriented: Make the bridge between the tech and product, while keeping the end users in mind
- Calm: Remain calm and collected under pressure, providing steady and reassuring leadership to the Tech team and executive committee.
