- Job Responsibilities
- Gateway System Development: Responsible for the design and evolution of core gateway clusters, encompassing C-end (customer-facing) traffic ingress, internal gRPC traffic governance (east-west traffic), and critical trading pathways.
- Extreme Performance Optimization: In high-throughput, low-latency scenarios, leverage techniques such as zero-copy, lock-free concurrency, efficient memory management, and language-level refactoring to squeeze out every bit of performance, ensuring rock-solid stability during volatile market conditions.
- Architecture Design & Refactoring: Skillfully apply design patterns and architectural principles to build modular, extensible gateway components, continuously improving code quality and system decoupling.
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Demonstrate strong ownership — independently drive the entire lifecycle from design review, core development, through to production release, ensuring full follow-through from start to finish.
- Technical Communication & Feedback: Maintain a high degree of transparency on technical solutions and project progress, ensuring that technical risks and key milestones are communicated promptly and accurately, creating a closed feedback loop.
- Requirements
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Go or C++; solid experience with high-performance network programming and common protocols (TCP/UDP, WebSocket).
- Low-Level Fundamentals: Deep understanding of asynchronous programming models; strong command of common data structures and algorithms with the ability to apply them effectively to performance optimization.
- Gateway Experience: Familiarity with the architecture and internals of mainstream gateways (e.g., Envoy, Kong, Nginx), with the ability to develop or customize core gateway components.
- Design Patterns & Architecture: Excellent architectural design skills; adept at applying design patterns to solve complex business logic; strong coding discipline and documentation practices.
- Execution & Professionalism: Exceptional execution ability and commitment to team agreements; capable of both independent thinking to propose improvements and strict adherence to technical standards and established decisions.
- Core Traits: Strong risk awareness and defensive programming habits, with a relentless pursuit of logical rigor in code; outstanding proactive communication skills to ensure work progresses as planned.
