- 5+ years of backend development experience, with 2+ years of architecture experience in Golang;
- Proficient in commonly used Golang frameworks, language features, and data structures, with deep understanding of their characteristics and underlying implementation;
- Skilled in API development with a solid understanding of concurrency principles; experience building high-concurrency, high-load systems;
- Familiar with distributed systems; proficient in mainstream service frameworks and message middleware, with understanding of their implementation principles;
- Strong logical thinking and business comprehension skills; good coding practices with clean structure and consistent naming conventions;
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes automation or hands-on DevOps implementation is a plus.
