Job Description

As a Lead Azure Cloud Engineer, you will take a strategic role in designing and implementing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. Your autonomy in projects, deep technical expertise, and ability to propose innovative solutions will drive the success of our client engagements and internal projects. • Architecture and Design: Lead the design of advanced cloud architectures tailored to client needs and business objectives
• Project Leadership: Oversee cloud projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements
• Innovation and Proposal: Stay informed about the latest cloud features and trends, proactively suggesting improvements and innovative solutions
• Security and Compliance: Implement and manage robust security measures and ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, to understand requirements and deliver optimal cloud solutions
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Over 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Technical Skills:
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture
  • Strong proficiency in automation / IaaC techs and cloud-native services 
  • Excellent understanding of security, networking, and compliance in cloud environments
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading projects and mentoring technical teams
• Soft Skills: Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
• Certifications: Advanced Microsoft Associate certifications or above are highly desirable. (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, etc...)
• Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is required.
