We are looking for an experienced, innovative and passionate Lead QA Engineer to join our agile team in Belgrade for working on our IPfolio software. We have a great skill set in Testing Intellectual Property Management Systems and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in automated testing web-based management applications.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

5+ years of experience in software automation and test frameworks with strong coding & debugging skills in Selenium or Playwright

Experience in Salesforce apps
-
Experienced in both UI and API automation
-
Good Understanding of test automation frameworks & assisting/reviewing script creation.

Good programming skills in any of Java/JavaScript/Typescript languages.
-
Have bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or engineering
-
Proficient level of English language
It would be great if you also have…

Experience in creating job in Jenkins

Understanding of open-source tools would be an advantage

Working familiarity with Docker, AWS
-
Experience of performance engineering including hands on with at least one tool (Netload, JMeter).

Experience around Security Vulnerabilities.
What will you be doing in this role?

Leads QA Squad/Modules by helping assign work and being point of contact for QA team.

Assist in creating framework for automation
-
Interacts with POs/Customers/BAs for requirement understanding/refinement.

Provides test plans or test strategy in addition to designing and executing complex automated tests.

Independently identifies risk and develops and implements mitigation plans.

Provides test plans and/or test strategy when needed.

Estimates QA effort for epics/releases.

Suggests possible process improvements for squad/modules.

Collaborate well with all stakeholders
Product you will be developing
Ipfolio is an Intellectual properties lifecycle management application which is hosted on Salesforce platform widely used by enterprise customer to manage their Intellectual Properties.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
