Designation: Lead Associate (4S) -Target Balance-Data Analytics

Role Objective: Creating and executive SQL reports

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect and prepare datasets using SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations in Power BI/Tableau
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer business problems and uncover insights
  • Maintain data accuracy through validation and documentation
  • Participate in data platform enhancements and process improvements

Certification: NA

Skill Set:

  • Should have strong Analytical skills and Advance Excel knowledge
  • Should have Strong knowledge on Power BI
  • Should have strong knowledge on SQL (Advanced) and Python
  • Should have Hand's-on experience in Advanced Excel
  • Preferably AR Follow-up / US Healthcare RCM domain knowledge

Pre-requisite:

  • Should have overall 3+ years of experience in RCM Operations
  • Should have analytical skills & exhibit clear thinking/reasoning
  • Should be able to comprehend & well-articulated to present his/her thought process well
  • Should have excellent feedback and coaching skills
