- Senior support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically not routine. Provides support for executive leaders and internal teams. Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
- Coordinate acorss the offices in Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo, Beijing and Shanghai to ensure information sharing and activity coordination, including but not limited to regualr regional team meetings, team building activities, external partnering events.
- Completes tasks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
- Conducts administrative support to facilitate executive's ability to effectively lead the organization, including the travel planning, the expense reporting, the meeting scheduling etc.
- Communicates with employees, management, external business contacts, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Organizes and records data to support coordination of presentation materials and other documentations in a variety of formats.
- Provides meeting planning and scheduling support, coordinating venues, materials, and technology support, for internal meetings and also external partner meetings if needed.
