We are hiring for an Operations role with a leading global automobile firm. The role involves managing order forecasting and delivery operations with a strong focus on reducing back orders and ensuring smooth end-to-end operational execution across global stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesManage order forecasting and delivery planning for automobile products across regions. • Monitor and actively work on reducing back orders through effective coordination and execution. • Generate reports as required and perform daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities. • Work closely with supply chain, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. • Use SAP Material Management (MM) and SAP SPP modules for day-to-day operational tracking and reporting. • Analyze operational data using Excel, SQL, and basic Python to support decision-making and process improvements. • Support reporting automation and data validation activities using Excel and Python wherever applicable. • Ensure smooth operational delivery in a fast-paced, real-world environment.
