Monthly Gross Salary Starting from €4,500 with potential increase available based on experience
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Lead Architect – Workday to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across the Workday platform. This is a key role within our Global Architecture practice, offering the opportunity to influence the firm’s technology direction and make a meaningful impact across HR, Finance, and identity systems.
You’ll work closely with product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to translate business outcomes into practical, future-ready solutions. As a technical leader, you’ll guide teams, mentor colleagues, and ensure our Workday platform continues to evolve as a strategic enabler for the firm.
What You’ll Be Doing
Architect and deliver end-to-end Workday solutions aligned with business strategy and technology standards.
Own and maintain platform documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide hands-on expertise in solution design, prototyping, and configuration.
Lead on integration, security, and performance assurance across Workday and adjacent systems.
Collaborate across teams to define product and technology roadmaps.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the Workday ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive hands-on experience with Workday modules including HCM Core, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Compensation, Finance, and data modelling.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence senior stakeholders.
Proven leadership in strategic Workday initiatives and roadmap development.
Expertise in Workday security, compliance, and integration (including APIs, middleware, and Workday Studio).
Experience across the full development lifecycle and in regulated or professional services environments is desirable.
Workday certifications and knowledge of Extend or Prism Analytics are a plus.
