5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or data engineering roles.
Deep curiosity about business performance, with a demonstrated ability to ask high-impact questions.
Strong proficiency in SQL, DBT, and Snowflake.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong quality mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when translating data for non-technical stakeholders.
