Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Lead managers to sustain change and achieve desired performance results within Change Management
- Contribute to implementation strategy, methods and plans related to change implementation
- Review moderately complex projects, and implementation of strategy, and methods
- Engage in action planning and execute action plan based on gaps or needs
- Make recommendations on factors that may impact change adoption and sustainability
- Research performance trends
- Resolve data, logistics, project support issues, and lead team to meet production deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of trends, risk, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, risk, compliance, and managers to resolve production issues, and achieve goals
- Serve as a mentor
- 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, operations or production risk
- 2+ years home lending operations experience (Processing, Underwriting, or Closing)1+ year experience coaching, training home lending mortgage
- Experience applying new technologies to business needs in a technologically innovative, change driven organization
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Experience facilitating and delivering training or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentations
- Experience driving and leading organizational change in a dynamic environment
- Functional knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used to: reconcile, interpret, and present results
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and CoPilot
- Experience with the CORE Loan Operating System and navigating Home Lending Policies and Procedures.
- This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
- This position is not VISA sponsorship eligible.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including travel outside of the country
- This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled
