- Develop and execute Quantum tabulations, banner plans, and table specifications.
- Process, clean, validate, and ensure the accuracy of survey data.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with research and project teams to understand study requirements and deliver timely outputs.
- Maintain data processing documentation, scripts, and quality checks.
- Support data analysis through accurate tables and processed datasets.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in data processing for market research.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Quantum Tabulation (mandatory).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and quality assurance skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Minimum 3-7 years relevant market research experience
- 5-6 years project management or data processing experience
- 2-4 years managing a team of at least 2-5 members
- Bachelor's degree (minimum); Post Graduate or B-School preferred
- Expertise with SPSS
- Expert on programmatic platforms (Quantum and/or Dimensions)
- Experience with Quanvert data validation
- Survey programming (can program surveys from input data and understand questionnaire logic)
- Knowledge of weighting, data merging, coding and market research methodologies (max-diff, segmentation, tracking, copy-testing, concept-testing)
- PC proficiency: Internet, Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Budgeting, planning, scheduling, documentation and project hygiene
- Excellent verbal and written communication and client-facing/consulting skills
- Ability to work rotational night shifts, weekends and 24/7 operational support
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and ability to work under high stress
- Post Graduate or B-School degree in Operations or Market Research (preferred)
