Key responsibilities: Contributes to a high-quality technology solution as evidenced by solution audits and results Has a solid understanding and application of file management, ETL and job scheduling concepts Has a solid understanding of service offerings and capabilities Identifies solution/production improvements and efficiencies to benefit clients and the business Identifies risks in a pre-production audit/review Understands and implements data loading and QC validation concepts Maintains appropriate documentation which may include an Operations runbook, Operations calendar and operations error log Participates in/drives post-production post-mortemsLocation:
