Lead Analyst
Location: Remote
Salary: $80-115k
Sabot Consulting is seeking a qualified Lead Analyst to assist in support for analyzing & assessing decision-making factors such as strategic alignment, cost/benefit, & risk. The Lead Analyst will work closely with the Operations Director to define a product approach to meet user needs. This role is critical in helping with making recommendations for action against the performed analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a business requirements analyst and is responsible for investigating, understanding, describing, and documenting requirements.
- Refine and clarify information needs
- Define information delivery methods and determine analytic application functions.
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical staff to translate the business requirements to technical specifications.
- Evaluate system output, interpretation of policy and program needs, providing support and assistance to end users.
- Identify enhancements or improvements, providing impact analysis, and coordinating with other analysts.
- Provide focused consultation to key program areas identified by the Data Support Services Department, such as anti-fraud, pharmacy, and managed care for the life of the contract.
Must Have:
- 3 years of FTE experience in systems analysis and design.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or Management Information Systems (MIS), or Business Engineering, or IT related field.
- 5 years of FTE experience working with large volume databases, developing and maintaining business intelligence and analytic reports.
- 1 year of FTE experience on one large-scale project capturing business requirements and writing standard operating procedures.
Nice to Have:
- 5 years of FTE experience creating documentation such as presentation materials, reports, and written documents such as project related artifacts.
- 5 years of FTE experience facilitating sessions such as meetings, discussions, requirement sessions.
- 5 years of FTE experience coordinating project activities, schedules, and resources.
