Job DescriptionTHE ROLE
Your mission will be to understand what customers who send large volumes of money need from our product. You will be particularly zooming into those with complex transfer requirements, and help your team focus on solving their most critical challenges.
The focus of this team is to improve the overall convenience and address the unique pain-points of customers with specific transfer needs. These segments of customers often rely on us more frequently, hence requiring a tailored approach for smooth transfer experience. Your role will be to assist the team in developing products and services that cater to these specific requirements, while maintaining our commitment to all customers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Drive Growth for High-Value Segments: Extract deep insights to enhance the acquisition, onboarding, and retention of customers executing large and complex transfers.
Own Performance Metrics: Define clear KPIs to measure the long-term impact of product changes, establishing continuous feedback loops to help the team iterate and optimize.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations/Servicing teams, and fellow Analysts across the organization to execute high-impact initiatives.
Advocate for the Customer: Build a strong conviction for high-impact opportunities; challenge the status quo to find faster, more effective ways to elevate the service level and scale this customer cohort.
Foster a Collaborative Culture: Inspire an inclusive, open team environment that champions knowledge sharing, diverse perspectives, and continuous learning.
Champion the Mission: Contribute strategically to broader product goals, directly aligning your team's output with our ultimate mission: Money without borders.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Advanced SQL Proficiency: Deep comfort handling complex datasets, writing optimized queries, and implementing rigorous data validation to ensure output accuracy.
Product Analytics Expertise: A strong understanding of front-end event tracking and user behavior data using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar.
Data Engineering Exposure: Comfort building and maintaining data pipelines; direct experience with dbt is a strong plus.
Data Storytelling & Visualization: Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Superset) paired with the ability to translate complex data into clean, precise, and persuasive narratives that influence strategic team decisions.
Stakeholder Management & Influence: Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Servicing. You know how to balance competing priorities and when to push back to maximize impact.
Pragmatic Problem Solving: A track record of breaking down complex problems into clear, structured components, applying the 80/20 rule to deliver high-value results swiftly.
Ownership & Adaptability: A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment. You proactively drive impactful discussions and are eager to roll up your sleeves as team needs evolve.
Please note that as a product analyst, you will be solving problems for our customers. Hence, no prior fintech knowledge or work experience in fintech is required for this role. Just enough curiosity to learn and strong customer empathy!
