Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and implement technology solutions that align with strategic goals.

Translate business requirements into Product Backlog Items (PBIs) with detailed functional scenarios and acceptance criteria using Azure (TFS).

Partner with Enterprise Data and Services teams to research data needs and create integration documentation on the Apigee API Developer Portal.

Validate RESTFul and SOAP bases enterprise services using tools: Postman and SOAP UI.

Develop API specifications and data mapping documents using Microsoft Excel. Office and wiki.

Perform root cause analysis for incidents by querying and analyzing data in Oracle databases.

Document detailed business requirements for both functional (e.g., business processes, rules) and non-functional (e.g., SLAs, SLOs).

Create and validate test scenarios in TFS and perform end-to-end application testing, including UI and backend validation.

Research and present alternative solutions to the product team by gathering information from multiple sources, including databases and cross-functional teams.

Create curated data sets for functional scenarios for development teams and software quality management teams.

Document business process flows using internal wiki tools.

Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules using TFS and Smartsheet.

Work with UX/Design teams to develop optimized mockups that meet user and business needs.

Create change requests on ServiceNow and perform post-deployment validation to ensure successful implementation.

Track and report on delivery progress of assigned work items on TFS on a daily basis.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.

Five (5) years of development, engineering or related experience. 

  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in business and systems analysis, delivering high-impact solutions across complex enterprise environments;

  • Five (5) years of experience in Business Analysis with expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and solution design;

  • Five (5) years of hands-on experience with SQL using Oracle databases, including writing and reverse engineering complex queries;

  • Five (5) years of experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and end-to-end project lifecycle management

  • Four (4) years of experience in data analysis, leveraging data to drive insights for root causes, supporting decision-making, and optimizing business processes;

  • Four (4) years of experience with Azure (TFS) or Jira, Wiki, and Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Office;

  • Four (4) years of experience testing RESTful and SOAP-based web services using tools SOAPUI and Postman;

  • Four (4) years of experience creating requirements and mapping documents using Oracle SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Office to support development and QA teams;

  • Four (4) years of experience conducting interviews with customers and subject matter experts to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals;

  • Four (4) years of experience building process flow diagrams using tools like Wiki and Microsoft Visio to visualize workflows and system interactions; and

  • Two (2) years of domain expertise in the Financial Sector, specifically in Securities and Banking, with a deep understanding of financial instruments, regulatory requirements, and transaction processing.
