The RoleWe are looking for a Lead Analyst, Sales Operations & Strategy to join our high-impact Sales Operations team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about optimizing sales performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving insights, enabling decision-making, and supporting the growth of our global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze sales data to generate insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and revenue trends
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools)
- Support annual and quarterly planning processes, including territory design, quota setting, and headcount planning
- Identify and drive process improvements across the sales funnel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and GTM Strategy to align initiatives and deliver accurate forecasting
- Assist in sales tool evaluation, implementation, and optimization
- Provide ad hoc analysis and strategic support for executive-level presentations
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations within software/SaaS companies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, Clari, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting quota-setting, sales performance analysis, and territory management
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or similar a plus but not required
