About the role:
This position will work closely with client to resolve product enquiries for Trade Complaince tool. Resource will manage client tickets, application monitoring for stability checks and will also be responsible to automate the recurring manual activities. Resource should have good communication skills and should be able to work in collaboration with multiple teams across geographies

What you will be doing:
- Analyses the data and find the root cause of the problem in case of any issues on production application environment.
- Providing support on requests as per priority/severity created in ticketing tool as part of daily operations support.
- Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
- Providing the resolution to the client on the issue reported by analyzing the logs and JAVA code.
- Analyzing the data by querying the SQL server and provide the fixes to the clients.
What you will need:
Knowledge / Experience
- Hands on Experience in Java OOPS
- Good Understanding of Spring MVC, Spring Frameworks of designing the J2EE Application
- Should be able to understand and debug the code using the IDE
- Should be able to troubleshoot configuration (Jboss server/TOMCAT) issues with deployed applications
- Should know the basic of the XML (configuration file)
- Should be able to understand and debug on Java/J2EE platform
Skills
- Should know the basics of JAVA, Spring MVC, Spring Frameworks, Hibernate
- Should be able debug SQL performance related issue
- Should be able write sql queries with all types of join and group by
- Should be comfortable using SQL built in functions
- Should be able to debug complex sql scripts, procedures, views and functions.
- Should be comfortable with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
