You will craft compelling narratives that translate technical concepts into accessible content, supporting both evergreen and high-visibility projects. This position requires a proactive, self-directed professional who can manage complexity, work across stakeholder groups, and drive content strategy with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of content strategies for major IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

  • Partner with IT leadership, project teams, and subject matter experts to shape messaging from project inception through delivery.

  • Write, edit, and manage high-quality content across multiple formats, including executive communications, intranet articles, user guides, FAQs, and training materials.

  • Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content for diverse internal audiences.

  • Develop and maintain communication plans that support both long-term programs and short-term deliverables.

  • Provide strategic guidance on tone, structure, and messaging to ensure consistency and clarity across all communication channels.

  • Review and edit content created by peers to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with editorial standards—contributing to a collaborative, high-performing writing team.

  • Anticipate content needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and user engagement.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic planning with hands-on content development under tight deadlines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content that supports change management, adoption, and awareness.

  • Apply feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input to continuously refine content strategies and improve outcomes.

Skills/Previous Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead content development for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong command of tone, structure, grammar, and clarity.

  • Experience reviewing and refining peer content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with editorial standards.

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.

  • Adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across departments and levels of seniority.
