Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Analyst, HRIS to own and scale our HR technology ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary expert across HR systems, driving data integrity, reporting, and process optimization, while supporting a potential transition to Paycom or Rippling in a high-growth, acquisition-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own administration, configuration, and optimization of HRIS platforms (including potential transition to Paycom or Rippling).

  • Support HRIS implementation efforts, including configuration, testing, and go-live.

  • Lead HRIS onboarding and data migration for acquired firms; ensure consistency across entities.

  • Manage integrations between HRIS and payroll, benefits, ATS, and finance systems.

  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and system integrity across platforms.

  • Build and deliver reporting and dashboards for HR, Finance, and leadership.

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation across the employee lifecycle.

  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, partner firms and IT; troubleshoot issues and support end users.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of HRIS or people systems experience.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; Paycom or Rippling preferred.

  • Experience supporting or leading system implementations or migrations.

  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits data and workflows.

  • Experience in multi-entity or high-growth environments (M&A exposure a plus).

  • Strong Excel and BI reporting skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience implementing Paycom or Rippling.

  • Experience in private equity-backed or roll-up environments.

  • Familiarity with HRIS integrations and system architecture.
