Essential Responsibilities
As a Lead Pricing Analyst, key responsibilities will include:
- Support deal team in the conversion of active opportunities into future orders
- Actively drive culture of continuous improvement through the applications of FLIGHT DECK
- Drive adoption of Brilliant Pricing both internally as well as with customers
- Collaborate with leadership, internal stakeholder and cost contributors to develop optimal proposals for GE Aerospace and its customers
- Engage with business teams to ensure alignment in deal methodologies and contract interpretation
- Develop proposal variance analytics to better demonstrate our cost basis with our government customers while driving deal velocity
- Prepare proposal review packages for complex contracting agreements
- Lead and support initiatives to improve functional execution and efficiency
- Support compliance activities including internal and external audit efforts
- Contributes/Participates in the development of requirements for the Pricing System
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in finance, sourcing, government contracting or similar field.

The base pay range for this position is 112,000 - 149,000 USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 7/24/26.
