Your Opportunity as the Lead Analyst, Customer Logistics Analytics
The lead analyst of customer logistics analytics is responsible for leading projects building, deploying, training and maintaining Spotfire reports and automation solutions. They will be developing KPI’s and metrics that will be used by all levels of the organization in decision making. You will experience an organized fast-paced working environment with task driven work. This position will be a key player in the analytics replacement project, building new reporting standards and rebuilding reporting solutions on a new platform.
Location: Orrville, OH
Work Arrangements: Hybrid, Onsite approximately 6-9 days per month, during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires
In this role you will:
Support and maintain new and existing Spotfire reports
Define Reporting Standards
Drive Consistency across reporting working collaboratively with other report builders
Foster a continuous improvement mindset
Lead business review meetings with business stakeholders
Build relationships with business stakeholders to suggest new analytics and automation ideas
Interface with all levels of the organization
Deploy and document complex formulas
Train Jr Spotfire developers

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or IT related field
3+ years of experience with report development; Spotfire Strongly preferred
Proven ability to design, build and implement reporting solutions
Proven experience working with cross functional stakeholders
Experience joining multiple datasets
Experience with complex logic formulas
Strong problem solving or troubleshooting skills
Ability to think critically, conceptually, and outside-the-box
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
Customer Logistics experience
Data Automation experience
Experience with Spotfire, Tableau or equivalent
Experience in managing large sets of data with multiple data sources
Familiarity with Python or R Scripting or equivalent
