In this position, you will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor product costs, support planning processes, manage inventory controls, and provide financial insights that help drive informed business decisions.
What You Will DoManage the annual standard cost roll-up process and maintain accurate product cost structures within financial systems.
Monitor monthly and year-to-date manufacturing costs; coordinate updates to bills of materials and routing structures with operations teams.
Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities for the assigned business unit.
Coordinate annual physical inventory counts and cycle count programs, including variance analysis and follow-up actions.
Track cost reduction initiatives and report progress against established budget and productivity targets.
Prepare, analyze, and submit financial and operational metrics through corporate reporting systems.
Execute month-end close activities, including cost accounting entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and fixed asset depreciation.
Prepare plant performance reports, capital expenditure requests, return-on-investment analyses, system-related accounting support, and ad hoc financial reporting for leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting manufacturing, plant finance, or operational accounting environments.
