Impact
Experienced Workday Prism Consultant with 8+ years of IT experience, including strong expertise in Workday Reporting, and Prism Analytics. Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize data integration and analytics solutions using Workday Prism, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key Deliverables
Design and develop Workday Prism Analytics solutions including data pipelines, datasets, and transformations.
Integrate data from multiple sources (Workday, external systems, flat files, APIs) into Prism.
Perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment using Prism pipelines.
Build and maintain Prism datasets for reporting and analytics use cases.
Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards leveraging Prism data.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across Prism solutions.
Optimize Prism performance and troubleshooting issues related to datasets and pipelines.
Support Workday reporting and analytics initiatives.
Assist in security configuration and data access controls within Workday Prism.
Work closely with integration teams on EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
Participate in Workday releases, testing, and upgrades.
