The Role

The Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence & Analysis is responsible for leading the CE&A's data analytics and client reporting strategy. This role transforms data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across our partners business. The lead analyst collaborates cross-functionally with many departments and stakeholders. In addition to guiding the team’s analytical efforts, this role ensures adherence to organizational policies and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. This is a 3-day onsite hybrid role based out of Deerfield Beach, FL. 
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing the analysis of complex business intelligence data, integrating information from various sources to identify trends, evaluate competitor strategies, and anticipate customer behavior.
  • Analyze business intelligence data to support strategic business and product decisions for JM&A and our partners. 
  • Identify and evaluate industry and geographic trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior patterns. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments, stakeholders, and key senior leaders
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. 
  • Assist in the strategy and execution of automating JM&A's touchpoints, reporting, and key initiatives
  • Support the growth of the CE&A's Field Enablement Tool
  • Assist in the automation and delivery of the JM&A monthly loss review presentation including ad hoc executive requests
  • Assist and collaborate with stakeholders in the creation of dealer engagement presentations including a decision engine for recommendations for our dealer partners

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 
  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related analytical role. 
  • Automotive, or JM Family experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. 
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data querying languages (e.g., SQL). 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market analysis techniques.
