What you will do
The Lead Analyst, ASC Operations, will play a crucial role in Stryker's Transformation Strategies business. This role will support Stryker's offense in the ASC & NT markets, working closely with cross-functional teams to address post-deal close, non-product-related questions and inquires. Managing relationships, influencing, and collaborating with both key internal stakeholders and external customers is essential to success in this role.
- Coordinate with 6+ ASC Regional Sales Managers (RMs) to track and address customer inquiries and requests post-deal close for any non-product related needs.
Customer Issue Resolution & Relationship Management
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer and internal partner issues (e.g., purchase orders, pricing, freight, invoicing, rebates, account maintenance) and clearly communicate corrective actions to stakeholders.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of ASC & NT customers and ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive problem solving, collaboration, and service excellence.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external customers to drive a proactive approach to issue identification, root cause analysis, and effective long term solutions.
Cross Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Establish and maintain partnerships across finance, sales operations, contract pricing, strategic sales, marketing, invoice optimization, Flex Financial, and regional teams to fulfill customer needs and ad hoc requests.
- Lead or partner with internal teams to design, implement, and enhance scalable, sustainable processes across multiple systems that increase efficiency and support customer nonproduct needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Solutions functional leaders to ensure timely delivery of accurate data and influence cross divisional decision making.
Operational Excellence & Performance Management
- Partner with sales and senior leadership to drive operational excellence within ASC and NT, ensuring alignment to business objectives and measurable results.
- Drive continuous improvement through capacity planning, workflow optimization, scheduling, technical support, and performance management practices.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on progress toward organizational goals and insights into compliance performance.
Leadership, Culture, & Team Development
- Develop and manage monthly postsale pod meetings to strengthen communication, coordination, and alignment among sales and internal stakeholder groups.
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, transparency, and ethical behavior while supporting effective training and onboarding programs.
- Support special projects, strategic partnerships
What you need
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and think strategically about improving reporting capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently within defined deadlines and manage multiple commitments.
- Demonstrated analytical and effective decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
Preferred
- Experience supporting a matrixed organization, working cross functionally and being customer facing.
- Sales Operations and or Pricing analytics experience
- Experience with PowerBI
$77,700- $168,400 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
