JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a product-minded AI Solutions role embedded within JLL’s leasing business. You’ll work directly with brokers to understand how they operate, identify where AI can create leverage, and design solutions that improve how they win business and serve clients. You’ll prototype quickly, iterate with real users, and help shape what gets built—while enabling brokers to become citizen builders who can create and adapt their own AI-powered workflows, including emerging agentic workflows that automate multi-step tasks and decisioning.

You’ll also operate as part of the broader JLL technology ecosystem, partnering closely with product, engineering, and central enterprise teams to scale what works and influence integrations and roadmaps that enable AI-first workflows across core systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Identify broker and client problems where AI can create meaningful impact

  • Design, configure, and iterate on workflow-specific AI solutions directly with brokers (e.g., prospecting, outreach, deal prep), including working hands-on with prompts, structured data, and system integrations

  • Enable brokers to build and customize their own AI-driven workflows, fostering a culture of citizen builders

  • Evolve solutions from simple AI-assisted tasks into repeatable workflows, with opportunities to introduce more automated, agentic capabilities where appropriate

  • Translate field insights into clear product direction and requirements that shape what gets built

  • Partner with product, engineering, and application teams to scale what works, influencing integrations, MCPs, and roadmaps to enable AI-first workflows

  • Develop simple frameworks and patterns that make AI usable without technical expertise

  • Partner with leasing leaders and top brokers to prioritize high-impact opportunities

  • Define and track business impact (e.g., time saved, deals supported) and communicate results to stakeholders

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves

  • 5–7+ years in product management, technology implementation, engineering, or a related role

  • Strong product instincts — you talk to users, synthesize feedback, and turn it into action

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools or LLMs in a professional context

  • Experience rolling out technology to field teams, sales orgs, or distributed workforces

  • Creative solutioning ability — you can adapt AI capabilities to specific team workflows and business needs

  • Exceptional stakeholder management across executives, regional leaders, and frontline teams

  • Ability to define KPIs, measure impact, and use data to tell a compelling story

  • Comfort working with technical concepts (APIs, data flows, integrations) and collaborating closely with engineers

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in commercial real estate, leasing, or brokerage

  • Familiarity with CRM ecosystems, prospecting platforms, or enterprise AI infrastructure (MCPs, APIs)

  • Experience with change management frameworks or enterprise adoption strategies
