The role is part of the AI division, leading a team of product analysts embedded within AI product teams. These AI product teams are at the center of improving customer experiences across Kaizen Gaming products, while also driving automation and optimization of business processes. You'll be at the forefront of building world-class analytics, insights and experimentation practices, working closely with product leadership to drive business impact through a customer-centric decision-making approach. This role is key to scaling our analytics and data-driven decision making capabilities and fostering such a culture inside the AI tribe and across the Kaizen Gaming organization. We're looking for someone who can conduct complex analysis and also build and develop a high-performing team of analysts who can drive impact and improve our AI products.
As an AI Product Analyst Team Lead, you'll be responsible for establishing analytical frameworks, mentoring team members, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across all AI products. Your role will be crucial in cultivating an outcome-focused culture which is based on relentless experimentation & testing, insights discovery and instilling curiosity into the AI Product Analyst organization.
As an AI Product Analyst Team Lead, you will:

- Lead and mentor a team of AI Product Analysts, fostering growth and providing career guidance.
- Establish best practices for analytics processes, tools documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate collaboration between Product Analysts and other teams across Kaizen Gaming including BI and data organizations.
- Develop and maintain the team's strategic initiatives and roadmap, aligned with product and business objectives.
- Lead strategic product analyses and opportunity assessments that guide major AI product decisions and roadmaps.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define success metrics for key initiatives.
- Oversee the quality and consistency of analysis across all the AI products.
- Review and validate team deliverables, and experimentation plans.
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of product analytics experience with 2+ years in people management.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing product analytics teams.
- Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.
- Experience with product analytics and A/B testing experimentation tools (GA4, Looker, StatSig, Kameleoon, etc.).
- Experience conducting, measuring and analyzing A/B tests.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights through efficient and captivating storytelling.
- Passion and curiosity about data, always asking WHY, enjoys a challenge, is self-driven, thrives in ambiguity, and works well in collaborative environments.
- Experience working with AI / ML-driven products is nice to have.
