Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables/job expectations).
- Lead the development and integration of AI/ML models into web applications.
- Architect and optimize AI-driven web solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn etc.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models using cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and implementation.
- Guide the development of scalable web applications using Angular, C#, NestJS etc.
- Ensure efficient data processing and model deployment in production environments.
- Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and web development technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
Critical Success Factors (critical / high-impact aspects of role):
- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and web development frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud computing, and database management.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools for automating machine learning workflows.
- Understanding of frontend and backend development for AI-powered applications.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize AI models for production.
Experience:
- 10+ years of overall Software development experience and 4+ years of experience in AI/ML software development.
