Lead AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business requirements

• Implement and deploy ML algorithms and models into production environments. 

• Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models to improve accuracy and efficiency, and maintain the documentation.

• Write clean, scalable, and optimized code for ML models and APIs.

• Conduct experiments, perform data analysis, and present findings to stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies and apply them to improve our platform.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

• 2-4 years of experience in working with Python, training / optimizing ML models , NLP and deep learning.

• Knowledge of Neural Networks; CNNs, RNNs, VAE.

• Experience with TensorFlow / Keras, PyTorch, Jupyter Notebooks / Anaconda

• Knowledge of Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly

• Experience with any cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical methods. 

• Experience with data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering techniques.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and with a team.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Understanding of data privacy, AI Ethics and model governance

• Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, etc.) and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face, etc.). 

• Knowledge of MLOps practices and experience with CI/CD tools.

Additional Experience Desired:

• Understanding of Software Engineering frameworks and methodologies.

• Good to have knowledge of NLP techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK.

• Working experience with Generative AI problems will be an added advantage
