Job DescriptionWe are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong AWS and Generative AI expertise to join our investment and financial services team.This role is ideal for a highly autonomous professional who can not only design solutions but also lead their technical implementation, ensuring robust and scalable AI-driven systems tailored for financial services use cases.
What is this position about?
Lead the technical implementation of AI and cloud-based solutions.
Design, build, and optimize Gen AI and agentic workflows for financial applications.
Architect and manage systems leveraging AWS services to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical execution.
Ensure best practices in testing, monitoring, and reliability across deployed systems.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide rapid solutions.
Must haves
Proven AWS experience, including hands-on implementation.
Strong background in Generative AI and agentic system design.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical delivery.
Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Nice to haves
Financial services industry experience, especially investment or banking systems.
Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements in finance.
