We are seeking an experience Lead Site Reliability Engineer in guiding and driving a small team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an SRE in developing Azure pipelines, configuring Azure DB’s and building Kubernetes and Docker containers.
Location: Must be able to work 3-4 days onsite in Roswell, GA area
What You'll Do

• This is a hands-on role where you will be leading a small team driving the direction of the work and ADO SRE activities.
• Writing code assisting the client engineering team by automating technology infrastructure, system management, and application monitoring.
• Developing Azure Pipelines, configuring Azure DBs, networks, building Kubernetes and Docker containers, and terraform scripts in addition to other infrastructure as code activities.
• Bring a level of Energy, drive, and ownership to knock down barriers and get things done.
• Work with clients designing, developing, and supporting systems.
• Use Azure Insights to monitor and optimize performance issues.
• Look at the bigger picture; understand how the technology will fit within the client’s ecosystem and consider how the technology will impact people and processes.
• Mentor engineers on SRE best practices.
• Update the client on team progress, challenges, and risks.
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality technology solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Boost team velocity by developing and implementing quality code in line with Acceptance Criteria and Definition Of Done.
• Must be located in the Atlanta area. Sit co-located with the client physically in the office most days.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
• 5+ years of experience leading a small team.
• 3+ years of experience with ADO (Azure DevOps).
• Ability to lead and drive direction of the work in addition to doing hands-on ADO SRE activities.
• Experience developing software in a cloud-based environment (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Terraform.
• Consulting experience or experience working with a client relationship.
• Positive attitude and an ability to work well on an exciting project with client and Experient Group team members.
• Maintain clean “code hygiene” and adhering to coding standards (formatting and documenting code, code merges with other engineer’s code).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for learning and a passion for solving business problems with technology.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Experience with Azure Insights to monitor and optimize performance issues
• Familiarity / experience with GIT, Github Actions, and Python.
• Strong, collaborative team player.
• Able to work independently.
