As a Lead Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. You will report directly to our Director Sales and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Remote work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company significantly. By effectively managing and growing key accounts, you will drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's overall financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-term business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct 24+ dealer site visits/year with owners, C-suite leaders, GMs, sales/service managers, and PMs to drive product awareness and generate pipeline opportunities.
- Manag relationships with territory managers across USA from OEMs across their distribution channels, providing in-market account support and joint customer engagement.
- Execute 12+ A&E specification and demand-generation activities/year, increasing product visibility and project specifications.
- Support expansion into new markets, verticals, and end-user segments through 12+ demand-generation events, including A&E lunch-and-learns.
- Partner with sales and business development teams on 12+ customer presentations and end-user visits/year to advance opportunities.
- Add 5+ new accounts a year.
- Develop and maintained a $10M sales pipeline with a focus on qualified opportunities and conversion growth.

The annual base salary range for this position is $146,000 - $183,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of proven experience conducting quarterly in-person engagements at dealer locations with key decision-makers, including owners, C-level executives, General Managers, Sales and Service Managers, and Project Managers, to increase product awareness, communicate capabilities, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and strengthen relationships with multiple OEM ESD Managers overseeing distribution channels, including experience providing account support across assigned territories.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% to support customers, partners, and accounts within assigned territories.
- Proven experience conducting monthly demand-generation activities with architectural and engineering firms to increase product awareness, influence specifications, and generate new business opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and sales development skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels and convert relationships into qualified sales opportunities.
