  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, technical teams, procurement, and executive leadership.
  • Identify, qualify, and mature opportunities through a long-cycle, value-based sales approach, particularly in turnaround (TAR) and project-driven environments.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract structuring, ensuring alignment with profitability targets and risk management guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts (12–18 months) and pipeline visibility in SFDC.
  • Collaborate closely with technical services, R&D; and engineering teams to position differentiated solutions.
  • Engage with licensors, EPC contractors, and consultants to influence specifications and secure early positioning in new projects.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor positioning, and pricing trends.
  • Support working capital management, including payment terms, collections, and contract compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical Engineering strongly preferred); advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or technical-commercial roles within refining, petrochemical, or gas processing industries.
  • Demonstrated success in catalyst, adsorbents, and specialty chemicals sales.
  • Strong understanding of KSA market landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value accounts and multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen including pricing strategy and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
