We are currently searching for a Lead AA Business Consultant – Limits & Collateral:

Client Overview Our Client is a leading technology provider.

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, and launching of the product 'Fully Negotiable Business Simple Loan'.
• Act as the functional lead for the Limits and Collateral aspects of the product.
• Work on-site in Mexico City and conduct constant visits across the project.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Consultant or Functional Analyst in the banking or financial technology sector.
• Specific expertise in Limits and Collateral management within core banking systems.
• Proven experience in the full lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Launch) of new financial products.
• Ability to work on-site in Mexico City and travel for project needs.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Spanish.
• English advanced is NOT necessary.
• This role requires constant on-site visits across the project; therefore, candidates currently residing in Mexico, city are strongly preferred.
