TCP is looking for an L&D Content Creator and Facilitator to join the People Operations team. This role will report to the Manager of Employee Engagement and Communications. As the L&D Content Creator and Facilitator, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of engaging learning materials and programs that support the organization’s talent development strategy. This role requires a blend of creativity, pedagogical knowledge, and facilitation skills to create content that resonates with employees and enhances their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a wide range of learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructional videos, training manuals, and interactive workshops.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Utilize adult learning principles to create content that is both engaging and effective.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels within the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and programs, making improvements as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in L&D to ensure the organization’s learning materials are cutting-edge.
  • Manage the L&D content library, ensuring materials are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Support the L&D team with administrative tasks related to program delivery and tracking.
  • Create reporting for annual audits.
  • Support the company at-large in addition to additional support for departments as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating and facilitating training content.
  • Strong understanding of learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for learning and development.
