Job Description
What You Will Do
- Act as Product Owner for the Estim8 tool. This includes helping define the vision for the future state of the tool, taking responsibility for qualifying and prioritizing change requests/bugs associated with Estim8 as well as interfacing with and directing the activities of the IT support team.
- Support Client-team facing activities (coordination with client teams, gathering feedback/KPI metrics, roadmap/future state planning, delivering training, maintaining document repository, etc)
- Provide ad hoc support of related initiatives or technology changes driven by other teams but impacting the LCS Proposal processes or ecosystem (such as portfolio planning, ARR software portal, new service introductions, etc)
- Coordinate with global team of Proposal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and End Users to validate the Voice of the Customer (VoC) feedback related to global proposal tools
- Lead improvement and productivity (Lean) projects and initiatives for global proposal program management
- Coordinate and partner with the Global Proposal Support Team (GEC) for testing of tools and support of users
- Establish oneself as a SME and primary point of contact for Global Proposal Tools and relevant Processes

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in Proposal Processes management and/or delivery for Professional Services and combined solutions (product + services)
- Knowledge/Experience of CRM systems for CPQ and Estimation (Salesforce, etc.)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience supporting a global organization
- Experience and exposure to values and principles of lean-agile development
- Leading Change training and proven experience to lead change management initiatives
- Lean and/or Six Sigma training and experience
Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
