Are you ready to take ownership of one of the most dynamic product portfolios in logistics?
At Maersk, we are reshaping the way we deliver LCL (Less than Container Load) solutions across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We are now looking for a self-driven, commercially sharp LCL Product Manager to lead strategy, growth, and profitability for the DACH Area.
What you’ll do
- Own the full P&L for LCL across DACH, with a strong focus on Germany.
- Develop long-term strategies to strengthen our market leadership.
- Guide and empower Sales teams with product expertise and direction.
- Meet customers alongside Sales, articulating our product value and insights.
- Partner with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Present to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, ideally with LCL exposure.
- Strong financial skills – confident with P&L, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Assertiveness and the ability to hold others accountable in a complex organisation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
- Strategic mindset with the drive to deliver long-term success.
