We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Project Manager to support core transformation execution activities for the LCD Division, including project planning, tracking and reporting, change management, stakeholder communications and risk and issues management. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience, be proactive, thrive in a fast paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and an understanding of financial services.

In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm’s management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. The LCD Innovation office is a function within LCD responsible for designing and delivering solutions to optimize and/or transform business processes, data, and technology for the Division. It plays a critical role in shaping and executing on the Division's transformation strategy, including oversight of the Division's technology investment process and management of the LCD Transformation Framework, which aligns process, people, data, and technology enhancements with divisional goals.

What you will do in the role:

  • Support planning and execution of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Track progress, including identifying and managing risks, actions, issues and dependencies

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.

  • Prepare and deliver project and program updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Contribute to stakeholder meetings, including creating materials, capturing meeting minutes and following up on action plans.

  • Develop and execute communication plans including identifying audience, drafting content, and sending / posting communications.

  • Support key program leads and resources in executing key deliverables.

  • Independently identify opportunities to drive project/ programs forward.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 8 years of relevant experience

  • Undergraduate degree

  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities

  • Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines

  • Ability to build relationships across regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, attention to details, and effective time management

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-changing environment with experience in agile ways of working

  • High attention to detail; follows through to ensure accuracy of materials

  • Eagerness to learn the business and understand detailed requirements

  • Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Comfortable with working in a matrix and/or virtual team structure

What will help you in the role:

  • Experience working in the financial services industry

  • Experience using GenAI, including Microsoft Copilot

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines

  • Ability to highlight key risks and issues that may impact the project/ program health

  • Ability to drive delivery/execution of a wide range of tasks and initiatives independently

  • Experience managing collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
