LCCI Hyderabad – Tech@Lilly OCM and Onboarding Lead – P3
Purpose:
LCCI Tech@Lilly Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead plays a crucial role in guiding and managing change and onboarding initiatives within an organization. Primary responsibility is to ensure that change and onboarding efforts related to Next Gen Tech Delivery are effectively planned, communicated, and implemented to achieve the desired business outcomes and smooth execution with minimal disruption. Along with art and science, this will need right level of sponsorship and commitment for successful implementation and making the change welcoming and meaningful for the impacted entities.
This position has global responsibilities and reports to the Next Gen Tech Delivery Execution lead, based in India - Hyderabad. Requires travel and flexibility to work across time zones with people from many cultures is required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive change management and onboarding strategy that aligns with Next Gen Tech Delivery goals and the scope of the initiative.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify how the change will affect various parts of the organization.
- Develop detailed change management and onboarding plans, including timelines, resources, and roles and responsibilities.
- Identify stakeholders and assess their readiness for change.
- Communication plan to effectively convey the purpose, benefits, and impact of the change.
- Communicate the vision for change, value proposition for each persona group, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on progress.
- Devise the approach to make the change as a welcome pull vs push.
- Identify potential barriers to change and develop mitigation strategies.
- Identify training needs related to the change initiative.
- Develop and deliver training programs in partnership with transition leads to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to the change / onboarding.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools and or systems.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
- Monitor progress and evaluate the impact of change initiatives against set objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on change progress and outcomes to senior management.
- Identify risks and further develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders involved in the change process.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to engage stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Continuously refine change management processes and tools based on feedback and outcomes.
- Coordinate resources to support both change management and project delivery.
- Ensure change initiatives comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders and the Next Gen Tech Delivery Leadership Team.
- Act as the single point of escalation for all issues related to OCM efforts.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
- 10+ years’ experience with min 3-5 years leading OCM efforts preferably related to IT solutions/services
- Working experience with multinational companies
- Good international communication skill (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated leadership skills and effectiveness in the areas of influence, team leadership, articulating and taking a position, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
