ABOUT THE POSITION

Lawyer at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of legal tasks that contribute directly to our team’s success. This position is perfect for a skilled mid-level lawyer who is committed to delivering efficient, timely, and high-quality work in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Prepare and oversee a range of contracts, from influencer and content creator agreements to service, NDA, and B2B contracts

- Handle HR-related legal queries and provide guidance to employees on basic matters

- Assist with monitoring and pursuing infringement cases, including sending claims and monitoring potential copyright violations

- Conduct legal research, including case law and legislation in international markets

- Work closely with other departments and your manager, providing support and coverage for the legal department head as needed

- Maintain contract databases and document tracking using platforms like Adobe Sign and BSS.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or at a law firm.

- Knowledge of labor law, e-commerce, and contract law is a strong plus.

- Experience with GDPR knowledge and compliance is a strong plus.

- Strong proficiency in Office 365 and legal research tools such as Infolex.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to systematically gather and analyze information.

- Strong legal and logical thinking skills, with the ability to assess risks and propose solutions.

- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

SALARY: 2600 - 3500 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
