A leading insurance practice is seeking a highly motivated
Associate to join its expanding Liability practice in Sydney. This is an
exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced personal injury
specialist and contribute to a diverse range of insurance and liability
matters.
About the role
You will work on a broad variety of cases, including:
- High-value personal injury claims
- Defective premises and property damage matters
- Product and public liability claims
- Pre-litigation and litigated files
The role offers the chance to make meaningful contributions
to case outcomes while developing your expertise in a supportive, collaborative
team environment.
About you
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of 2+ years PQE (or equivalent) in one or more
of the following areas:
- TPD (Total and Permanent Disability) claims
- Life insurance matters
- Superannuation law
- Policy interpretation
- General liability (defence or plaintiff experience)
- Insurance and personal injury defence
You will also have:
- Strong knowledge of litigation and insurance law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience engaging with experts across multiple
disciplines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with
people at all levels
