The Opportunity
A well-established litigation team is seeking a Senior Associate (7+ PQE), in Sydney and Norwest, to work on high-profile commercial disputes. You will collaborate with senior partners on complex contractual, equity, and property matters, and have the chance to mentor junior lawyers while taking a hands-on role in managing large-scale litigation.
This role offers direct exposure to international commercial disputes, strategic litigation planning, and advising clients on risk management and dispute resolution strategies. You will work closely with external Counsel and internal teams to ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes.
