Today's economy is increasingly driven by exciting, nimble, rapidly growing companies launched by passionate innovators. From Abcellera to Shopify to Zymeworks, Canadian inventor/entrepreneurs are world leaders in developing new technologies and introducing them to the world. Along the way, these companies rely on skilled and creative legal practitioners for guidance through the rapidly evolving legal landscape toward a successful product launch, IPO, acquisition, or other "exit" event.
Please note that this course will be allocated to a member using an exemption as per article 15.03.03 of the MCLIU collective agreement.
TQR: At a minimum, a first degree in law. Several years of significant practice or professional experience, in the relevant area; Experience in teaching undergraduate law students in a bilingual setting.
