We are building a high impact product that reduces the harm and impact of organized retail crime around the world.
The Role
About Auror
At Auror, we're empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime, a $150 Billion problem globally. It's high volume crime that's increasingly organised in nature and is putting people, retailers, and communities at risk every day.
Founded in New Zealand 11 years ago, we're working with some of the best and largest retailers in the world across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
Auror is connecting people and intelligence to reduce crime. We're using technology for good.
In partnership with our leading retail partners, we need people with the passion, determination, and innovation required to overcome one of the world's largest problems. If you're looking to make a difference with and for the people dedicated to stopping crime, for good, then we want you on our team.
The Role
The role of the Law Enforcement Success Manager is to engage, empower, and grow our community - both retailers and law enforcement alike. Your primary responsibility is to ensure law enforcement, who are a crucial part of our community, have great experiences, help retailers achieve real crime reduction, along with harnessing Auror data to make communities safer.
Through being deeply tactical and using relational engagement, you'll empower our Auror law enforcement community by helping them derive value from the platform. You'll do this by building strong relationships with law enforcement at every level, and understanding and demonstrating the value Auror can bring to both law enforcement and retailers. With support from the global Law Enforcement team, you will identify areas of opportunity in the platform to upskill and unlock more law enforcement users, enabling law enforcement and retailers to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies and key stakeholders across North America.
  • Manage onboarding and full implementation for paid law enforcement customers.
  • Create and deliver training sessions for law enforcement and retailers both virtually and in person.
  • Ensure law enforcement agencies have the data and insights they need to show value, report on outcomes, and justify continued engagement.
  • Support our sales team by conducting demos of the platform and attending meetings as necessary.
  • Support retailers by answering law enforcement collaboration questions and helping connect their local store teams with the appropriate law enforcement contacts.
  • Help develop Help Center content and product communications as needed, and provide structured feedback on product features and law enforcement needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to surface insights and stories that highlight impact and drive engagement.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all Organized Retail Crime Associations (ORCAs) and their leadership teams.
  • Attend and represent Auror at conferences across the U.S., including training and engagement with customers and potential partners.

This role reports to Jen Gornstein, Customer Success Lead
I've worked in tech in customer-facing roles for my entire career across many industries. I started and spent most of my time in advertising and was lucky to get the opportunity to build and scale teams, but began a journey in 2022 to find more fulfilling work. I joined Auror because it was the perfect intersection of making an impact to keep communities safer, leading a high-performing team of amazing people, and within a rich company culture. At Auror, we build meaningful relationships with our customers and prioritize creating an environment for the team to do their best work, all working together to create safer environments for retail employees and shoppers. I'm excited to bring in new team members who share my passion for making customers successful and contributing to a larger mission.
I also enjoy spending time with my husband and our animals (2 dogs + cat), camping, snowboarding, and dancing! You can check out my LinkedIn here .
