Job Responsibilities:

Ingeniero de Calidad de Proceso

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad del cliente y de la organización mediante el control, seguimiento y mejora continua de los procesos de manufactura. Liderar la atención de problemas de calidad internos y externos, impulsar acciones correctivas efectivas y garantizar el apego a los requerimientos de los sistemas de calidad automotrices y normas aplicables a materiales, soldadura y procesos productivos.


Responsabilidades Principales
  • Administrar y mantener los estándares de calidad en los procesos productivos.
  • Atender y dar seguimiento a reclamaciones de clientes, coordinando la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios para la solución de problemas utilizando metodologías estructuradas.
  • Elaborar y presentar reportes ejecutivos, indicadores de desempeño y resultados de calidad ante clientes y dirección.
  • Coordinar la contención, investigación y eliminación de causas raíz de no conformidades internas y externas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de IATF 16949, AIAG y especificaciones específicas de cliente.
  • Participar en el desarrollo y validación de nuevos procesos y productos mediante la aplicación de Core Tools.
  • Revisar e interpretar planos, especificaciones técnicas y tolerancias geométricas (GD&T).
  • Desarrollar, actualizar y mantener documentación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
  • Coordinar y participar en auditorías internas, externas y de clientes.
  • Supervisar y desarrollar al personal asignado al área de calidad de proceso.
  • Promover la cultura de mejora continua y prevención de defectos.
  • Monitorear y analizar indicadores de calidad para impulsar acciones que aseguren el cumplimiento de objetivos organizacionales.
Formación
  • Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electromecánica o afín titulado
  • Inglés conversacional - Comprobable en entrevistas: Capacidad para participar en reuniones técnicas con clientes y corporativos, elaboración y presentación de documentación y reportes en inglés.
Experiencia
  • De 3 a 5 años en la industria metalmecánica.
  • Deseable experiencia previa en la industria automotriz.
  • Experiencia en atención y gestión de requerimientos de clientes.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de solución de problemas y mejora continua.
  • Experiencia en administración y supervisión de personal.
Conocimientos Técnicos
  • Experto en metodologías de solución de problemas: 8D's
  • Análisis de causa raíz
  • Acciones correctivas y preventivas
  • Dominio de Core Tools AIAG: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, CP
  • Dominio de GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
  • Interpretación avanzada de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
  • Amplio conocimiento de normas y especificaciones de materiales.
  • Dominio de especificaciones y controles de procesos de soldadura.
  • Conocimiento de estándares y requerimientos específicos de cliente.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field; degree completed
  • Conversational English, demonstrable during interviews
  • Ability to participate in technical meetings with customers and corporate teams in English
  • Ability to prepare and present documentation and reports in English
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the metal-mechanical industry
