GSK Hematology Team is expanding, looking for the leader of the Multiple Myeloma (MM) launch team.
GSK’s Greece Hematology Team is looking for a Launch Lead to drive the introduction of innovative medicine in the therapeutic area of Multiple Myeloma (MM) and help change the lives of patients with extremely high unmet needs. The MM Launch Lead will ensure optimal launch readiness by leading all Brand Team members in mapping the landscape, ensuring deep understanding of the patient journey and building the commercial model that will optimize the opportunity.
Responsibilities:

Leads the MM Brand Team in the local Launch Readiness process, including country-to-above-country Reviews

Prepares a stellar Launch/Brand Plan, including market dynamics understanding, commercial model preparation, strategy localization and ensure high-quality execution thereof

Has 360 accountability and overview of the total MM commercial organization, including Marketing and Sales, in collaboration with the Onco/Hema Business Unit (BU) Director.

Leads the development and implementation of Brand strategy in alignment with the cross-functional (XF) Team, other Hema brand(s) Teams and the Onco/Hema Business Unit (BU) Director.

Leads the execution of Brand operational/tactical plans by working closely with other Brand Team members (sales, medical, market access, finance)

Uses & interprets appropriate data/evidence to inform and/or make robust strategic and investment decisions.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
-
University degree or equivalent with Business, Marketing or Life Sciences specialization
-
Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in Onco/Hema or specialty brand(s) or significant experience in key/leadership commercial role(s) in Onco/Hema or specialty.

Fluency in both Greek & English languages

Knowledge of pharmaceutical environment

Strong initiative and leadership skills

Excellent communication & presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Experience with Hematology and, more specifically MM, experience will be considered a big asset

Postgraduate Degree

Market & product knowledge within the specific therapy area(s) of the product(s)

Market access knowledge & understanding

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies
