ALTEN is looking for launch engineers to support launch phase for OEM motor's manufacturing plant in Saltillo.
You will have to perform the following activities:
- Project management
- Master plan and Timing plan preparation and follow up
- Lay Out validation
- Process and Manufacturing engineering process development support
- Leading teams and share problem solving solutions
- Engineering Change Request Management (Impacts analysys during ECR)
- Equipment and Tools technical information management
- Follow up for Launch Projects
The job might be for you if you have the following skills:
- Industrial Engineering diploma or similar
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Core Tool management
- S&R and Traceability knowledge
- Equipment and Tools technical information management
- Financials analysis
- Leadership habilities
- Quick and effective communication habilities
- Production and Logistic basic knowledge
- Launch project management
- Collaborate with others and build effective teams
- MS Project knowledge
