We are seeking a dynamic and growth-minded individual to join us in the role of Associate People & Culture Partner. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates. You’ll play a key role on our People & Culture  team, supporting cross-functional initiatives, ambiguous projects, and ambitious goals. Additionally, as part of our Launch Program, you’ll be a part of a small cohort of early career professionals receiving hands-on training to support your transition into your full-time role.


About the Launch Program

The Launch Program is Momentum’s premier early career initiative, offering a comprehensive onboarding experience for recent graduates joining our full-time, in-person roles in Dallas, Texas.

This program equips participants with essential skills, knowledge, and connections through workplace orientation, team integration, and targeted training sessions. With ongoing support and training opportunities, the Launch Program ensures a smooth transition into your new role. The next cohort of the Launch Program is scheduled to begin in June of 2025. A Day In The Life of this Role at Momentum

As an Associate Partner on our People & Culture  team at Momentum, your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission. Here's a glimpse into what your typical day might look like:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Support the effective onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring a seamless transition. Coordinate with relevant departments to efficiently manage all aspects of these processes.
  • System Administration: Assist in maintaining and updating key HR systems, including Workday, Greenhouse, Awardco, Peakon, the Company Intranet, and others. Ensure data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and the integration of new tools as needed.
  • Employee Engagement: Administer quarterly engagement surveys by providing administrative support, including setting up reminders, action plans, and follow-ups. Review and analyze survey results, extract actionable insights, and collaborate with the team to drive improvements.
  • Culture: Actively contribute to engagement initiatives, culture campaigns, and employee events designed to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Support the execution of company-wide Events & Culture  programs that align with our core values.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support for various People & Culture activities. Tasks include scheduling, documentation, and coordination of meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly. 
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Support audits, keep HR policies current, and contribute to developing and refining compliance strategies.
  • Data & Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to support informed decision-making. Present insights that facilitate continuous improvement in People & Culture strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in driving recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and maintaining accurate candidate records. Contribute to the enhancement of our talent pipeline through innovative recruitment initiatives and campaigns.
  • Early Career Programs: Participate in the planning and execution of early career programs, aimed at attracting and nurturing new talent. Collaborate with educational institutions and internal teams to build and sustain successful programs.


Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is on track to complete a Bachelor’s degree by June 2025, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Has up to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships or part-time roles in people operations or human resources.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excels in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite, and eager to learn HR systems like Workday.
  • Is passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Can manage multiple priorities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, continually seek learning opportunities, and proactively tackle challenges with creative solutions.
  • Show adaptability and agility, with a readiness to navigate ambiguity and welcome new  challenges.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions. The People & Culture team will provide specific details during the hiring process.
