The Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator shall support the Strategic Expansion Team in all aspects related to the recruitment and diligence of member and shareholder level (partner) attorneys and lateral groups across the Firm’s offices nationally and in Canada. The Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator will report to the Chief Strategic Recruiting and Integration Officer and the Director of Partner Recruiting. The Firm’s Strategic Expansion Team sees a high volume of candidates annually and is responsible for each lateral’s process from initial submission to acceptance. We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic to support the overall administration of our team. This position will reside in the Firm’s Philadelphia office, and a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule is available.

Responsibilities
  • Support partner recruitment team by coordinating, scheduling and confirming interviews (phone, video, in-person), and scheduling any travel as needed
  • Track the status of all lateral partner candidates in the pipeline, which will include individual candidates, groups, and any larger scale opportunities
  • Assist with tracking market data using firm-licensed software and legal publications on lateral movement and intelligence
  • Conduct due diligence on each lateral partner candidate interviewing with the firm
  • Facilitate flow of information from the recruitment team to integration team to ensure efficient and thorough onboarding and integration
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for recruiting search firms and assist with maintenance of search firm relationships
  • Assist with efforts to engage our partners with respect to all recruiting efforts
  • Work collaboratively with the firm’s Marketing Department to prepare recruiting materials
  • Assist the integration team, as needed, in producing periodic long-term studies from collected historical data to measure success and predict future results; assist with presentations and visual depictions of study conclusions
  • Collaborate with team (including our onboarding and integration colleagues) to continually evaluate and improve our processes and procedures

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
